OFFSTUDIO ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our applications.

1. Information Collection and Use

• Personal Information: We do not require users to create an account. We do not collect personal identification information (such as name, address, or email) unless you voluntarily provide it by contacting us for support.
• Photo Library Access: Some apps by OFFSTUDIO may require access to your device's photo library to provide certain features. All photos are processed locally on your device and are strictly NOT uploaded to our servers or any third party.
• Advertising (AdMob): Some of our apps use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may collect or use device identifiers (such as IDFA) and usage data to show personalized ads. For more information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Analytics (Firebase Analytics): Some of our apps use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used and to improve service quality. The data collected is anonymous and includes app usage events (such as screen views, feature interactions, and content metadata such as report IDs in the Dart app), subscription tier (free / paid), and an anonymous device-scoped identifier (IDFV on iOS, a randomly generated UUID on Android). The IP address may also be collected by Firebase as part of standard analytics. We do NOT collect personal information, do NOT use advertising identifiers (IDFA) for tracking, and do NOT combine this data with data from other apps or websites. • Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): Our apps use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports so that we can diagnose and fix stability issues. Crash reports include the stack trace of the error, device model, operating system version, app version, and the same anonymous device-scoped identifier described above. No personal information is intentionally collected.
• Performance Monitoring (Firebase Performance): Our apps use Firebase Performance Monitoring to measure app start time, screen rendering performance, and network request latency (including URLs of API requests, response codes, and response sizes). This data is anonymous and is used only to improve app responsiveness.
• Network Infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers): Some of our apps (including Dart) route API requests through Cloudflare Workers as an intermediary proxy. As part of standard operation, Cloudflare may temporarily process your IP address for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and routing. Cloudflare's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.
• Integrity Verification (Google Play Integrity): On Android, our apps use Google Play Integrity API to verify that the app is a genuine, unmodified installation from the Google Play Store and is running on a non-tampered device. This helps prevent unauthorized use of paid features. No personal information is collected during this verification.
• Local Data Storage: Our apps store certain data locally on your device for functionality, including favorites, recent search history, viewing history (used to compute in-app statistics), user preferences (theme, filters), and cached API responses. This data remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

2. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal data. Anonymous usage data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as Google AdMob and Google Firebase) solely for the purpose of displaying advertisements and analyzing app performance.

3. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Where applicable, data processing happens locally on your device to ensure your content remains secure.

4. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. In accordance with the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), if you are under 14 years old, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using our apps. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 14 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
