These Terms govern your use of applications provided by OFFSTUDIO. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OFFSTUDIO and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Some apps by OFFSTUDIO offer auto-renewable subscription plans or one-time purchases. Subscription titles, durations, and prices are displayed within each app prior to purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.
• All transactions are processed by Apple. OFFSTUDIO does not process or store payment information. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. OFFSTUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
