These Terms govern your use of applications provided by OFFSTUDIO. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OFFSTUDIO and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases

• OFFSTUDIO publishes apps under several business models — some are free apps, some are free apps supported by advertising, some are paid apps with a one-time upfront purchase required to download, and some offer auto-renewable subscription plans or one-time in-app purchases to unlock additional features. The pricing model and any applicable charges are disclosed on the respective app store listing (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) prior to download or purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your account with the respective app store at confirmation of purchase (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings (App Store settings on iOS, Google Play subscription settings on Android).
• All transactions are processed by Apple or Google. OFFSTUDIO does not process or store payment information. Refund requests must be submitted to the respective app store (Apple Support for iOS, Google Play Help for Android), in accordance with each store's refund policy.

4. Advertising

Some apps by OFFSTUDIO display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). Tapping on an advertisement may direct you to a third-party website, app store listing, or in-app browser session, over which OFFSTUDIO has no control. OFFSTUDIO is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers, nor for any transactions you may enter into with them. 5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OFFSTUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data stored locally on your device, costs of mobile network usage, or service interruptions resulting from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for any mobile data charges incurred while using the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or discontinue any app or feature at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
